Skit Peformance Rubric: La Gran Aventura de Alejandro

` This rubric is designed for a Spanish Conversation Group presentation project in which they will be presenting a skit in Spanish. The skit is based on scenes from the book La Gran Aventura de Alejandro. The students are being graded both individually and as a group.

Use of Vocab / Group	Poor Students used less than 3 vocabulary / associated words throughout the skit.	Fair Students used less than 5 vocabulary / associated words throughout the skit.	Good Students used less than 7 vocabulary / associated words throughout the skit.	Excellent Students used at least 10 vocabulary / associated words throughout the skit.
Fluency / Individual	Poor Student presented a below average demonstration of Spanish fluency. Student stumbled over 4 words and missed or confused lines more than four times. Student had to use note-cards for lines.	Fair Student presented an average demonstration of Spanish fluency. Student stumbled over 3 words and missed or confused lines more than 3 times. Student had to use note-cards for lines often.	Good Student presented an average demonstration of Spanish fluency. Student stumbled over 2 words and confused lines two or less times. Student had to use note cards for lines often.	Excellent Student presented an average to above average performance. Student had no issues with fluency.
Props / Group	Poor Students used 0-1 props in their skit and/or props did not contribute to the performance.	Fair Students used 2 props and most contributed to the understanding of the performance.	Good Students used 3-4 props and most contributed to the understanding of the performance.	Excellent Students used 5 or more props and all contributed to the performance making the skit very entertaining!
