Preparation	Needs Work The candidate has no CV or Application letter to pass to the interviewer	Fair CV and application letter are handed in but are not complete - hurriedly done. Missing parts.	Good CV and application letter are handed in. They are complete however a few details are missing. Layout and format have not been done correctly	Excellent CV and Application letter are handed in and are of high quality. Complete paragraphs and layout have been done with a professional outlook.
Positivity and Focus	Needs Work The candidate needs to answer the interview questions more appropriately. The candidates poise and posture need work. More positive confident outlook needed. The job focus is blurred.	Fair Interview question are responded to but more details and focus are needed. The candidate could have prepared in advance the question types. The candidate answers too generally.	Good Interview questions are responded to at some length. The candidate is mainly focused and the questions relate well to the application of the job. The candidate may be a little inconsistent in answering some questions.	Excellent The candidate answers the questions with confidence and poise. There is sufficient detail to demonstrate that the candidate is suitable for the job. Well though out answers make the candidate shine.
Presentation	Needs Work The candidate has made little effort with their appearance and demeanor for the interview. Language is casual.	Fair The candidate has made an attempt at their appearance. Their posture and poise need a little bit of work. Eye contact is minimal.	Good The candidate has made a good effort at presentation. Their eye contact body language and poster are consistent with a professional seeking employment. They act well in the role.	Excellent The candidate has exemplary presentation with excellent poise and posture. They present themselves for an authentic job. Eye contact and extra effort to present themselves have been used to good effect.
Interaction	Needs Work The candidate is largely silent with minimal explanations to the answers beyond one or two words.	Fair The candidate needs prompting to answer more. Or may speak at too much length in response to questions. It is largely a one way conversation	Good The candidate interacts well . Turn taking and communication in a natural style occur. The candidate's answers may be a little too long or short.	Excellent The candidate interacts in a seamless manner with the interviewer. The length of the answers is well balanced and focused. The interaction is two-way and natural.
