Speaking Rubric - Progressive Conversation

This rubric is used for conversations where there is a starting structure, but the conversation can grow if the student is capable. If not, structure is adhered to.

Suficiente - Much time is taken to answer questions and hesitation is evident. Student waits for teacher to start conversation. Student is unsure of how to answer the prompt.
