Technology Proficiency	Limited N/A	Developing Student is not able to navigate the internet well, and frequently asks the teacher and other students questions.	Proficient Student is able to navigate the internet well, but needs to ask the teacher minimal questions in order to complete the assignment.	Advanced Student is able to navigate the internet proficiently. The activity was performed without help from the teacher, and minimal help from other students.
