Student's use of physical characteristics and expressive features of a given medium to enhance meaning in artwork.

Student created a highly creative artwork. Student obviously spent time designing the index card and carefully tracing the shape. Student also utilized a color scheme for the project. Student went above and beyond the project's basic instructions.
3 (Meets Standard)

Student worked to his/her abilities on this project. Student followed directions and created a tessellation artwork.
2 (Emerging)

Student did not work to his/her potential. Student did not take time to make the tessellation artwork look complete and neat. Tessellation project is messy or unfinished.
1 (Needs Improvement)

Tessellation project is unfinished, damaged, or missing. Student did not work to his/her potential. Student put forth very little effort in completing this project.
