Ability to Follow Directions	4 Followed directions to the letter. Used others for guides.	3 Followed directions. Listened to others around him when needed.	2 Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was not productive or did not listen to the instructor.	1 Did not follow directions for any of the task.
Level of Needed Assistance	4 Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	3 Student was able to complete the task with little peer assistance.	2 Student was able to complete task but needed assistance from instructor.	1 Student was unable to complete task even with major assistance.
