Job Completion	Advanced The job was 100% complete and worked according to the task description.	Proficient The job was complete and worked, but needed minor modifications.	Basic The job was complete but did not work; needed several minor modifications.	Below Basic The job was complete but did not work; needed several major modiications.	Unacceptable The job was incomplete and did not work.	Grade Received
Ability to Follow Directions	Advanced Followed directions to the letter.	Proficient Followed directions.	Basic Moderately followed directions.	Below Basic Did not follow directions.	Unacceptable Did not appear concerned with directions.	Grade Received
Demonstrated Knowledge of Theory	Advanced Student knows and is able to identify and explain necessary theories for completion of the project.	Proficient Student is able to identify and explain necessary theories for completion of the project with some assistance.	Basic Student is unable to identify or explain concepts without major prompting.	Below Basic Student is not able to both identify and explain major theories.	Unacceptable Student is unable to either identify or explain any related theories to the project.	Grade Received
