Formatting 20 % Paper is formatted as assigned	Fail Lacks thesis Parts of essay are disjointed and or unrelated adn the paragraphs are difficult to connect	Average Introduction and /or closing may be missing or poorly constructed.Thesis is present and relevant thougth may lack specificty.While parts have similar focus	Excellent All parts of the format are correct and present adn clearly identifiable.Well thought out relevant thesis is clear and addresess the specific question.All parts of the essay are interelated with good transitions.Avoids any extranious information or unessary embelishment.
Presentation 20 % Document appears professional	Fail Document is not legible, and/or contains multiple grammar and spelling errors that make the document difficult to read and understand.	Average Some spelling and/or grammar errors are present. However, document is understandable. Corrections are made using the established protocol. Some fieldwork educators could consider asking student to re-do document.	Excellent Document is clear without errors. One or two corrections may have been done using the established protocol. This document could go as is in a client's chart.
