Use this rubric to evaluate and measure the EMS Rescuer(s) performance during a medical scenario. This rubric works also in conjunction with the EMS Scenario Report form.

Pre-Plan	Superior All members are aware of their roles and responsibilities based on their limitations and strengths. All equipment and supplies are fully stocked.
