Muscle Presentation
Slide 1 will be an introductory slide and will have your names and division on it. Slide 2 - Name the muscle and show where it is in the body. Slide 3 - Show one exercise which will stretch that muscle. Slide 4 - Show two exercises which show how to strengthen that muscle. Slide 5 - Show three ways you use this muscle.
