Followed directions	Poor Failed to write date and first name at top of paper. Failed to read and understand overall directions. Showed poor understanding of performance on assessment.	Fair Got somewhat confused on directions. Made few mistakes on each question.	Good Date and name is displayed on top of page. Work is done at overall best ability.
Participation	Poor Failed to ask questions when stuck on a question. Failed to be actively involved during center time, which led to misunderstand Graph Worksheet. Failed to do any activities that were done through the course of this Graph Lesson.	Fair Asked few questions. Didn't put 100 percent effort into center time. (remember teacher observation through this entire lesson is being oberved and assessed all the way up until this final Graphing Assessment.)	Good Asked many questions. Actively involved in all activities. Showed enthusiasm in work.
Display of overall work	Poor Failed to follow directions and show ability on assessment. Assessment is done sloppy and carelessly.	Fair Shows much effort. Work is done to where it is easily read and can be displayed that the information was understood.	Good Very neat and organized. Followed all directions. Showed interest, participated, and worked to best ability through entire course of lesson. The final assessment displays overall process of excellent work and understanding.
