A successful group facilitator is able to provide constructive feedback to others, whether their fellow group member is doing well, or if they need challenging. After completing your scholarly paper, you will be assigned and required to read two papers of a fellow classmate and provide constructive feedback regarding their review of the subject, and your understanding of the topic.
