American Revolution Research presentation

Students will select one key figure from the revolution and write an essay on that person’s role and impact on the revolution. They will present their findings in class with a visual aid.

Presentation	Poor Presentation was less than 10 minutes in length and the student was unprepared to present.	Fair Presentation was less than 10 minutes in length and or the student was unprepared to present.	Good Presentation was a little less than 10 minutes in length.	Excellent Presentation was 10 minutes in length.	Perfect Presentation was 10 minutes in length and was very informationall.
Essay	Poor Essay was less than 1500 words long and filled with many spelling and grammar errors.	Fair Essay was less than 1500 words long or filled with many spelling and grammar errors.	Good Essay was a little less than 1500 words long and or had some spelling and or grammar errors.	Excellent Essay was 1500 words long but had some spelling and or grammar errors.	Perfect Essay was 1500 words long and had no spelling and or grammar errors.
Visual aid	Poor No Visual aid.	Fair Visual aid was of poor craftsmanship or like hastily made.	Good Visual aid was acceptable.	Excellent Visual aid was well crafted and helpful towards the presentation.	Perfect Visual aid was extremelty well crafted and helpful towards the presentation.
