	Above proficient 3 pts	Proficient 2 pts	Needs practice 1 pts
Quanity of jumps	Above proficient Student successfully completed 75-100 jumps before stopping	Proficient Student sucessfully completed 50-74 jumps before stopping.	Needs practice Student could not complete more than 49 jumps before stopping on all attempts
Fluent motion	Above proficient Student performed correct range of motion of arms while jumping.	Proficient Student performed correct range of motion on some jumps not all	Needs practice Student did not performed the correct range of motion on any attempts
Feet placement	Above proficient Student stayed on the balls of their feet with each jump.	Proficient Student went back and forth from ball to heel during the exercise	Needs practice Student stayed on the heels on their feet while jumping.
