Rules/Procedures	Excellent Student follows all rules and procedures at all times.	Good Student follows rules and procedures most of the time. 1-2 rules and procedures not followed per week.	Fair Student follows rules and procedures some of the time. 3-4 rules and procedures not followed per week.	Poor Student usually does not follow rules and procedures. 5-6 rules and procedures not followed per week.	Very Poor Student has no regard for rules and procedures. 7+ rules and procedures not followed per week.
Choir Materials	Excellent Student always has all materials ready in class.	Good Most of the time, student has all materials ready in class. Neglects to bring all materials 1 time in a week.	Fair Student sometimes has all materials ready in class. Neglects to bring all materials 2 times in a week.	Poor Student rarely has all materials ready in class. Neglects to bring all materials 3 times in a week.	Very Poor Student almost never has all materials ready in class. Neglects to bring all materials 4-5 times in a week.
Active Involvement	Excellent Student is always on-task.	Good Student is nearly always on task with the exception of 1-2 times per week.	Fair Student is usually on task with the exception of 3-4 times per week.	Poor Student is usually off-task, 5-7 times per week.	Very Poor Student is seemingly always off-task, 8+ times per week.
Singing Posture	Excellent When singing, student always sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music.	Good When singing, student almost always sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music. 1-2 observations of incorrect singing posture.	Fair When singing, student mostly sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music. 3-4 observations of incorrect singing posture.
