Student is always on-task.

Student is nearly always on task with the exception of 1-2 times per week.

Student is usually on task with the exception of 3-4 times per week.

Student is usually off-task, 5-7 times per week.
Very Poor

Student is seemingly always off-task, 8+ times per week.
Singing Posture

Excellent

When singing, student always sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music.
Good

When singing, student almost always sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music. 1-2 observations of incorrect singing posture.
Fair

When singing, student mostly sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music. 3-4 observations of incorrect singing posture.
Poor

When singing, student sometimes sits/stands upright with both feet on the floor, folder held up, looking at the director and music. 5-7 observations of incorrect singing posture.
Very Poor
