The poster is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness.

The poster is acceptably attractive.

The poster is a bit messy.

The poster is distractingly messy or very poorly designed. It is not attractive.

Graphics are easily viewed and are related to the topic, making the material easier to understand.

Most graphics are easily viewed and relate to the topic.

Many graphics are not clear or are too small.

Graphics do not relate to the topic.

High level of relevant detail is presented to allow the audience to make judgments about the content. The details are not so elaborate that the presentation becomes tedious.

Sufficient technical detail is included to enable the audience to understand the nature of progress.

In places, the information was too detailed or was lacking.

Significant amounts of technical detail are lacking or inadequate so that the audience cannot appreciate the progress that has been made.

Comprehensive in scope; offers useful and/or provocative insight into the material.

Above average but needs more depth and breadth of discussion and/or needs to be more explicit in intellectual analysis.

Basic requirements fulfilled but lacks details or sufficient support and clarification.

Below average, incomplete details, exhibits minimal effort.
