Lesson Plan completed and in FOCUS	Unsatisfactory Lesson plan is in FOCUS but is less than 50% complete.	Basic Lesson plan is in FOCUS and 70% of the LP components are complete.	Proficient Lesson plan is in FOCUS and 100% of the components are complete.
Level of detail	Unsatisfactory Very little detail. Very confusing.	Basic The plan has limited detail and may be somewhat confusing.	Proficient The plan is detailed enough that it could be conducted by a grade level teacher or substitute teacher.
Appropriate level of rigor	Unsatisfactory Lesson is teacher centered. Few if any accommodations are indicated.	Basic Lesson is student centered, however accommodations are not explicit.	Proficient Lesson is student centered. Accommodations are indicated for each level.
