Organization	2 The student's work was very organized. They took their time and their hand writing was eligible. All information has a place and it was neat.	1 The student's work took a lot of time to follow. Student's worked seemed rushed and no care was given.	0 The student's handwriting is ineligible. The skill is hard to follow. Information was misplaced and was not in a logical order.
Followed Directions	2 The student was always on task and had the all of the information where it belonged while using the strategy or skill.	1 The student needed redirected or steps repeated three or more times due to getting off task.	0 Student was consistently off task and not focused (more than three times). The student needed step by step redirection and could not work independently.
Self-Assessment	2 The student provided an opinion on why the skill was helpful or not helpful. They provided multiple reasons as to why the strategy was useful or not for them.	1 The student provided one reason as to why the skill was helpful or not helpful for them.
