Personal Fitness Plan
Students are to create a 4 day workout plan that has a warmup, and fitness activity. Their plan needs to have the FITT principle incorporated. They need to have it well organized and detailed. Along with a plan, they need to have a workout log that states whether they did the workout or not and describe it.
