Study Hall
	Student can receive a zero if all cells are checked in this column 1 pts	Student can receive a one if all cells are checked in this column 2 pts	3 pts
Transition	1 Student arrives late to study hall and/or is not quietly waiting for teacher. Student enters the classroom and has to be told to assign himself or get started.	2 Student arrives on time and is waiting appropriately for teacher. Student may have to be told to assign himself or get started but does so with little difficulty.	3 Student arrives on time, properly wait, and immediately begins his homework.
Preparedness	1 Rarely comes to Study Hall prepared with work to do, forgets basic necessities like a writing utensil, says that he/she doesn't have work to complete but does.	2 Is sometimes prepared with work for Study Hall, will sometimes forget necessities, when student does not have work to do he or she may need direction to seek out alternative silent activities like reading	3 Is always prepared with work for Study Hall, never forgets necessities to complete work, brings alternative silent activities when student has no pressing assignments to work on.
Responsibility	1 Rarely comes to Study Hall motivated to complete work and often distracts others.	2 To often needs prompting to work independently during Study Hall. Often comes to Study Hall without motivation to complete work and rarely seeks out help when it is needed.	3 Always comes to Study hall motivated to complete work independently. Never needs prompting to stay on task and takes the initiative to seek out help from the teacher when it is needed.
Product	1 Almost no work completion occurs during Study Hall. Student almost always needs to be redirected or reminded of work they should be aware of.	2 Little work completion occurs during Study Hall. Student often needs to be redirected or reminded of work they should be aware of.	3 Student always completes work and never needs to be redirected or reminded of assignments they could be working on.
Exit	1 Student has not written down all homework when teacher checks agenda. Student may or may not have organized his homework folder	2 Student has most of his homework written down in his agenda is attempting to organize homework folder.	3 Student has all homework written down and has fully organized his homework folder.
