Scary Story Presentation
	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Average 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Volume	Excellent Entire class can hear presenter easily. Does not have to be reminded to speak loudly.	Good Entire class hear the presenter. HOWEVER, speaker needs to be reminded once or twice to speak loudly.	Average Most of the class can hear the presenter. Has to be reminded three or four times to speak loudly.	Poor Cannot hear what is being presented. Speaker has to be reminded to speak loudly more than four times
Voice Clarity/ Pacing	Excellent Pace of the speech is such that it is not too fast nor too slow. The speaker is easily heard. Does not have to be reminded to speed up/slow down or speak clearly.	Good Pace of the speech is such that it is not too fast nor too slow. Speaker is understandable. Has to be reminded one or two times to speed up/slow down or speak more clearly.	Average Pace and clarity of the speech is inconsistant Has to be reminded three or four times to speed up/slow down or speak more clearly.	Poor Pace and clarity is such that it interferes with the presentation Has to be reminded more than four times to speed up/slow down or speak more clearly.
Appearance of Speaker	Excellent Excellent eye contact with all of the audience member Excellent posture, no distracting movements Does not need reminded to do any of the above	Good Eye contact is consistent Posture is good with little or no distracting movements Has to be reminded once or twice	Average Eye contact is focused on one spot Posture is good with some distracting movements Has to be reminded three or four times	Poor Little or no eye contact is made Poor posture and/or distracting movements Has to be reminded more than four times
