One or two moving parts. Some use of indepentent movement. Joints, gears, or parts added that do not facilitate the designs ultimate goals.

Multiple moving parts, gears, or joints. Gears and Joints serve a purpose. Complexity facilitates function.
Creativity

Color Coordination of blocks, design overall, originality.

Dreadfully Disappointing

Completely reliant on another existing design for basic ideas. Color schemes lacking. Beggining with a set instruction and modifying it.
Extraordinarily Mediocre

Some color matching. Branching off of an original plan. Using basic designs.
Super-Fantabulous

Color coordination. Completely original design. Recreating something in the real world without using a pre-set plan or design.
Functionality

Does it work? Use of gears, etc does not bind.

Joints, gears, etc bind or do not work. Intended goals for design are not able to perform. Limited to no usability.

Some parts or pieces might bind. Some joints or gears collide but still perform.
Super-Fantabulous

Designed outcome functions with intended goals. Parts, gears, and joints are not hindered. Does not require custom pieces.
