Fair Student was able to identify 1-2 similarities or differences between the book and the movie for each category listed. Examples were basic or starting to approach insightful.	Good Student was able to observe 2-3 similarities or differences between the book and the movie for each category listed. Examples were thoughtful and insightful.
Explanation	Poor Student used very little detail and could have gone much further using more direct examples and more detail from the book.	Fair Student used some detail but examples could have been more convincing. more effort needed - could have gone a bit further with references to text and movie (more direct examples)	Good Student was able to use specific details and instances which demonstrated the differences and similarities without any doubt. Excellent effort.
