Behaviour	Requires Growth Student is regularly disrespectful to staff, students, rules and property. Talking during instruction time. Deliberately frustrating activities.	Satisfactory Student requires the occasionally reminder to bring focus back to task at hand.Will quickly control negative outbursts or impulses.	Improved Student is actively listening and demonstrates respect for self and others. Regular attendance and focus was noted. Has a positive attitude towards school community	Quality Student is on task, respectful, timely and enthusiastic. Student demonstrates ability to resolve situations in a constructive manor. Listens attentively and asks questions.
Preparation	Requires Growth Student is not prepared to learn. Missed assignments, incomplete homework and no materials in class. Does not attempt to complete supplementary assignments.	Satisfactory Student requires extra attention or time to entre into learning. Minimal effort demonstrated in work done during class time. Occasional incomplete homework.	Improved Student rarely misses class and is engaged in learning. Has materials on hand and accepts deadlines. Completes work.	Quality Student is on time, organized and engaged. Completes quality assignments on schedule.
Interactions	Requires Growth Student does not entre into positive interactions. Refuses to accept others encouragement. Demonstrates intolerance.	Satisfactory Student is not interested in having positive interactions. Rarely accepts external incite or engages in dialogue.	Improved Student has positive interactions with select individuals. Will engage with others in problem solving.	Quality Student has positive first approach to their interactions. Will seek out others to resolve issues that may arise.
Learning and Acquisition	Requires Growth Student does not engage with the lesson or attempt to apply the principles being presented. Refuses to practice and does not compete tasks.	Satisfactory Student takes part in lessons and attempts the processes presented. engages in practice and required tasks.	Improved Student works with the information being put forward and applies it at their level. Understands the process of practicing and perseverance. Engaged with educators.	Quality Student demonstrates an ability to learn, practice and apply the processes and principles presented. Student practices, reflects and will seek out guidance.
