Creation	Poor Students will create a dot plot that has more then 4 mistakes when plotting points.	Fair Students will create a dot plots with 3 mistakes when plotting points.	Good Students will accurately create a dot plot with no more then one mistake.	Excellent Students will accurately create a dot plot with no mistakes when plotting the points.
Analysis	Poor Students will be unable to analyze and answers the question that are derive from the dot plot.	Fair Students will partially complete the analysis questions, but have more then 3 mistakes.	Good Students will complete the analysis questions with 1 to 2 mistakes.	Excellent Students will complete the analysis questions with success when reading the dot plot.
Statistical question	Poor Students will have difficulty creating and analyzing statistical questions	Fair Students will be able to create and analyze a statistical question with some difficulty.	Good Students will be able to create and analyze a statistical question with little difficulty.	Excellent Students will be able to create and analyze a statistical questions with little to no difficulty.
Explanation	Poor Students will have difficulty explaining and will be missing several key components which shows little understanding.	Fair Students explanation is a little hard to understand but has critical components which show some understanding of the topic.	Good Students explanation is clear and shows a good understanding of the topic.	Excellent Students explanation is clear and concise which shows full understanding of the topic.
