	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Understanding Questions	Poor Student has a lot of difficulty reading, listening to and/or comprehending questions.	Fair Student has some difficulty reading, listening to and/or comprehending questions.	Good Student has no difficulty reading, listening to and/or comprehending questions.
Fluency	Poor Student was able to respond to some of the questions but answers appeared forced or memorized. Many long pauses.	Fair Student holds a fairly fluid conversation, a few pauses, reasonably answers a majority of the material.	Good Student shows great fluidity, almost no pauses, answers questions with ease.
Grammar & Vocabulary	Poor Could derive meaning from student responses but with many errors. Limited vocabulary.	Fair Student used most of the necessary grammar, made a few minor errors. Decent vocabulary.	Good Student has few or no grammar errors, shows mastery of concepts and good use of vocabulary.
Pronunciation & Clarity	Poor Student has difficulty with pronunciation and intonation but could derive meaning from responses.	Fair Student displays good overall pronunciation and intonation skills with some errors.	Good Student has close to perfect pronunciation, few to no errors, could be understood by native speaker.
