The project begins to touch on critical points of class material, such as introducing the themse of persuasion and media related messages, but lingers on the brink of merely reciting memorized information. The beginnings of deeper, more meaningful work is around the corner.

This project conveys the aspects of media images and advertising very well, and begins to go above and beyond, perhaps branching out from traditional television ads and media, to explain such mediums as radio, text, and film.

The camera angles used are forced, or do not have a clear focus. Sometimes, the camera makes it hard to understnad who is speaking, or what is going on. Also, the camera work may be bland or used to frequently, not changing.

The camera work is very well done. There are minimal times where the shots are confusing, bland, or out of place. The angles drive the creativity and begin to look professional.

The camera is perfectly utilized. It is a key factor in creatively expressing the work, and is vital in keeping the attention of the audience. There are no instances where the camera is bland, confusing, or out of place.
Presentation/Length

The presentation does not come close to fitting within the alloted 1:30 to 2:30 min. time limit. It is either much too short or extremely long. Don't draw things out unless it is necessary for a creative appeal, and don't make things too short unless for a specific reason. Also, specific background/introduction is not given when presenting to the class, such as a brief synopsis of what the project is/is about.
Fair

The presentation is very close to the desired time frame. The background/introduction may be slightly rushed or lacking.
Good

The video may be very slightly too long or too short, but very well done. Also, the background info/introduction of the presentation is very well done, but could be slightly better.
