Student collage was not fully completes and they can describe how they envision the final product but find it difficult to describe how they will reach that goal. Has set a goal, but let's things evolve in a somewhat random manner.

Less than 50% of the painting is completed. Student did not use the class time appropriately and constantly needed to be reminded of clean up duties and responsibilities.
