Student is consistently engaged in the class and group activities.Students contributes to class discussion by consistently raising hand, listening to others, building off of what they say, offering ideas/comments, and asking questions frequently.

Student is mostly engaged in class and group activities. Students demonstrates this by usually raising hand, usually listening to others, and offering ideas by building off of what others say, and asks questions

Student is mostly disengaged from the class, but appears to pay attention. Student is bordering on apathy and rarely raises hand, rarely listens to peers, and rarely contributes to class by offering ideas or comments and asking questions. Student rarely is on task during group work. Teacher needs to remind him or her to participate in group activities.

Student is completely disengaged from the class and appears not to pay attention. Student is apathetic and never contributes to class by raising hand to offer ideas, or asking questions. Student never contributes to the group.

Student fully completed assigned work. The assignment is completed fully and accurately. Student has taken care to check for errors.

The student completed the assignment. One or two questions are inaccurately completed.

Student has completed less than half of the assignment. There are three or more careless errors.

Student has not completed the assignment. The student has refused to work on the daily assignment.
