2 or more points are made which support the speakers viewpoint. These points are developed and presented to the audience. Listener should be able identify the speakers point of view from the content of the speech.
Presentation

Poor

Speaker does not speak clearly. Pace of speech is too fast for the audience to understand what the speaker is trying to say. Props are not used or inappropriate to the content.
Fair

Presentation pace varies widely through speech. Speaker may not always be clearly understood. Props may not be fully appropriate to convey the message of the presentation.
Good

Speaker speaks in an appropriate tone and pace that is clear to the audience. Props (visuals) are used that create interest and support the points that the speaker is trying to get across to the audience.
