PROFICIENT The artwork is planned carefully; understanding of most concepts and instructions is demonstrated.Student can identify one or two complementary colors and define geometric shapes.	BASIC The art work is planned adequately; understanding of some concepts and instructions demonstrated. Students can identify one complementary colors and can give a general statement about geometric shapes.	BELOW BASIC The artwork shows little evidence of understanding the concepts and instructions. Student can not identify complementary colors or geometric shapes.
Behavior/Effort 4 pts Work ethic; the time dedicated to the project inside and/or out of class.
