Participation	Poor Absent or did not contribute useful ideas to the group.	Fair Sometimes contributed useful ideas while participating in the group project. Did only what was required.	Good Routinely provided useful ideas when participating in the group. A leader who contributed alot.	Excellent Consistently contributed useful ideas when particpating in the group. A leader who contributed throughout the project.
Attitude	Poor Was negative about the project and critical of the work of others.	Fair Was Occasionally negative about the project, or critical of work of others.	Good Had a positive attitude most of the time about the task and group work.	Excellent Always had a positive attitude about the task and the group work.
Problem Solving	Poor Did not try to help solve problems. Let others do the work. Did not even watch the others do the preject.	Fair Sometimes suggested solutions. Usually willing to try others suggestions.	Good Looked for and suggested possible solutions. Was willing to work with others to refine suggestions	Excellent Provided workable solutions. Accepted feedback andcriticism concerning these solutions. Refined solutions based on these suggestions.
