Quality Improvement Plan 
The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate the ability to create a quality improvement plan that integrates evidence, nursing theory, and knowledge from other disciplines to guide nursing practice. By developing the quality improvement plan, the nurse is demonstrating leadership as a change agent.
