Information about Injury	Poor Has knowledge of 4 or less of the injuries, listed, and has little to no knowledge of the signs of the injuries or the treatment for them.	Fair Know less than 3 of the injuries, selected for the test, and knows either the signs of the injury or the treatment.	Good Knows all, selected, Injuries and gives both the signs of injury and the treatment for each one.
Assessment procedures	Poor Has an extent knowledge of 1-3 of the 7 steps and has no care for the athletes condition.	Fair Has an extent knowledge of 4-5 of the 7 steps and is lazy when dealing wit the athletes condition.
