Never prepared for ministry preparation and must be reprimanded several times	Fair Dancer shows leadership at times, but still disturbs ministry preparation and requires redirection and focus. Dancer is prepared for ministry preparation most of the time and requires little to no reprimand.	Good Dancer shows excellent leadership skills majority of the time and can regain focus easily and does not disturb ministry preparation. Dancer is always prepared and needs little to no reprimand.
Consistency	Poor Dancer never comes prepared and is inconsistant in performance, attendance in ministry preparation and bible study.	Fair Dancer is somewhat prepared and is somewhat consistant in performance and attendance in ministry preparation and bible study.	Good Dancer is always prepared and usually consistant in performance and attendanc in ministry preparation and bible study.
Attendance	Poor Dancer shows up whenever they want to and has several unexcused absences and tardies. Dancer has had several warnings and has been on probation.	Fair Dancer is usually present with limited unexcused absences and tardies. Dancer has had a few warnings but has never been on probation.	Good Dancer is always present unless the leader was notified of the absence or tardy. Dancer has never been on probation.
