History Content	Excellent Questions contain relevant information	Very Good Questions contain information from the topic, but many do not require more than surface knowledge to answer. Author generally knows the topic, but some confusion exists in the question.	Good Questions often ask questions not directly related to the topic or may focus on insignificant details. Author does not appear to know the full content.	Poor Questions do not relate to the content.
