Theatre Pep Rally Chant Theatre Pep Rally Chant This rubric is used to outline each individual's performance on the day of the pep rally. It will also be used to grade their performance during rehearsals in class or afterschool (if needed). Every student is aware of the expectations of their performance levels. PEP RALLY SKIT Student will be graded on their rehearsal and final performance of their pep rally skit
	Excellent 20 pts	Above Average 15 pts	Average 10 pts	Below Average 5 pts	Points Earned 0 pts
Memory Student's ability to memorize lines and recite them.	Excellent Student knew the lines without any errors	Above Average Student knew and recited the lines but made one or two errors.	Average Student had difficulty retaining and reciting lines.	Below Average Student was not prepared for the assignment.	Points Earned
Projection Student's ability to project their voices to the best volume for the venue they are presenting in.	Excellent Student projected very well; they were clear and could be understood. Student was Loud and could be Easily heard and understood	Above Average Student projected well but words were not as clear: yelled words and was able to be heard clearly.	Average Student was able to say the chant but at times was not enough volume to heard.	Below Average Student failed to project or prepare for the assignment.	Points Earned
Energy/Enthusiasm Student's level of energy in performing their skit.	Excellent Student's energy and enthusiasm was Excellent. Student really performed for the audience and was able to get the audience to participate.	Above Average Student had good energy and was able to perform well.	Average Student's energy was good at times but was not consistent	Below Average Student's energy was poor and lack luster.	Points Earned
