Time (10 pts)	Poor Lesson did not cover entire class period and left more than ten minutes for teacher to fill.	Fair Lesson encompassed full class time leaving less aprox. 10 minutes of free time.	Good	Excellent Lesson encompassed full class time leaving less than five minutes of free time.
Research (30 pts)	Poor Evidence of little to no preparation on subject. Was constantly needing teacher to instruct class.	Fair Lacked thoroughness in their research. Needed the teacher's assistance in answering multiple points.	Good Thoroughly researched subject that presented a few questionable points of accuracy. Needed some teacher assistance but conducted majority of class on their own.	Excellent Thoroughly researched subject that was accurate and extensive. Needed little to no help from teacher in answering questions.
Activity/Discussion (40 pts)	Poor A lack of activity/discussion. Apparent that little to no thought went into the planning of the discussion or activity and was not relevant to the subject.	Fair Activity/discussion was confusing and unorganized. Lacked planning and was unengaging for the class.	Good Activity/discussion was engaging for students in the class. Presented questions that allowed for student's response.	Excellent Activity/discussion was creative and engaging for students in the class. Presented higher order thinking questions for class to discuss.
Presentation/organization (20 pts)	Poor Overall presentation lacked a lot of organization, flow, research and showed little to no effort in putting the activity/lesson together.	Fair Overall presentation lacked some organization, depth in research, and overall effort in putting the lesson together.	Good Overall presentation was organized, researched, and consumed sufficient time for the class.	Excellent Overall presentation was very creative, well organized, well researched, and flowed well over the time allotted.
