	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Speech	Poor Uses stalling words frequently 1 or more per sentence	Fair Uses stalling words occasionally- Less than one per sentence.	Good Does not use stalling words
Pace	Poor Pace is far off making it difficult to understand. It is either way too fast or way too slow.	Fair Pace is minorly off, is either slightly too fast or slightly too slow.	Good Pace is steady, not too fast not too slow
Voice Level	Poor Quiet and monotone	Fair Can hear but needs inflection	Good Good volume and inflection of words
Stage prescence	Poor Nervous, fidgety, stumbles over words, cannot finish Does not look audience in eye. Reads and stumbles over words	Fair Tries but is nervous Looks audience in eye but does not have continual eye contact and stumbles somewhat	Good Excellent ability, not nervous, talks clearly Great ability to look audience in the eye. Reads material and is familiar with what he/she wrote
