Preparation	Poor I should have practiced more.	Fair I prepared the main parts of the songs but needed more work on the difficult sections.	Good I practiced the part some but I can still perform it good enough.	Great I practiced my part thoroughly and feel very confident in being able to play it.
Time Management (Card Based)	Poor I did not use class time wisely and hindered the success of the group.	Fair I used some class time to practice but also disrupted other members of the class.	Good I stayed on task most of the time during class. Some goofing off, on phone, etc.	Great I used class practice time to the best of my ability.
Accuracy (in RECORDING)	Poor I did not perform well in the recording.	Fair I did okay but there were frequent noticeable mistakes.	Good I performed well in the recorded but some parts of the song did not come out well or were inaccurate.	Great I performed my part near perfect in the recording
Attitude	Poor I was a negative influence on the group due to my attitude or work ethic.	Fair I reluctantly performed the song and/or put in just enough effort.	Good I gave the leader a hard time, but still worked hard.	Great I stayed positive and kept a solid work ethic
