Introduction to Patient	Poor Forgets to introduce themselves, greet the patient, and explain treatment	Fair Greets the patient, and states name, does not explain treatment	Good Politely greets patient and introduces their name, explains nebulizer treatment, and checks 3 patient identifiers
Pre Med administration	Poor Forgets to put on gloves, does not complete any assessment or vitals before starting treatment.	Fair Puts on gloves, gathers some patient vitals before starting treatment.	Good Puts on gloves, collects all patient vitals (HR, RR, chest sounds, 02 use, saturation level and visual assessment).
