Disease Powerpoint 
This project would be for a middle school health (8). The number of slides depends on the number of people in the group.The requirements include; what is the disease; cause; signs and symptoms; incubation period; treatment; prognosis; prevention; foundations dedicated to research about the disease; and well known people who suffer from the disease. Slides can include appropriate graphics/pictures. Also include a title slide and a works cited/reference slide with at least 3 sources.
