Preparation	Excellent Student has pencil, homework and or math binder and is in seat and ready at the bell.	Fair Student has 2 of the three items necessary for class and is in seat at the bell.	Poor Student does not have pencil, homework or math binder and is not in seat at the bell.
Conduct	Excellent Student uses appropriate voice volume and talks at appropriate times Does not interrupt others.	Fair Student has difficulty controlling the volume of his/her voice and forgets when is an appropriate time to talk. Student interrupts others once.	Poor Student has major difficulty controlling the volume of his/her voice and interrupts others more than twice.
Job Completion	Excellent Student completes his/her work and stays on task with no reminders.	Fair Student needs 1-2 reminders to stay on task.	Poor Student does not complete assignments in a timely manner and has difficulty staying on task.
Respect of Others	Excellent Student respects other's space. Does not bothers others.	Fair Student sometimes has trouble respecting others' space. Sometimes distracts others while they are working or reading.	Poor Student has trouble respecting others' space.Distracts bothers others while they are working or reading.
