Instructional Goals met with Tool	Ineffective Use This tool proved to be unsuited for the instructional goal or the level of Blooms taxonomy that I was attempting to reach.	Possible Use I had to adjust my instructional goal or change the level of Bloom's taxonomy as a result of problems with the tool that I chose.	Must Use My instructional goal fit well with this tool. I was able to clearly see the benefit of using this tool within the parameters of the level of Bloom's taxonomy that I was trying to reach.
User-friendly Design	Ineffective Use Tool is difficult to navigate, little or no help is provided, tools and resources are difficult to make use of.	Possible Use Tool can be navigated with minimal difficulty, help guides/tutorials are available, tools and resources can be implemented.	Must Use Tool is easy to navigate, help guides/tutorials available and clear, tools and features are conveniently located.
Reliability	Ineffective Use Tool is unpredictable and causes disruption to classroom workflow.	Possible Use Tool is rarely down for maintenance.	Must Use Tool is always available (especially at peak times of the day).

Implementation Plan	Ineffective Use My implementation plan was not complete enough to anticipate problems that occured.
