Mise En Place and Steps 10 pts	1 There is no evidence of mise en place and steps are missing.	2 More than 4 items are missing from mise en place and there is 1 or more steps missing.	3 All mise en place is correct allowing easy flow in directions and demonstration. All steps are presented, in order, and easy to follow.
