Professional Editing	Not Proficient Student did not include the required titles. Titles are not relevant, and detract from the video, rather than add value. Transitions are not used to supplement the video	Fairly Proficient Student has the required titles in place. They are functional, and provide some additional value to the video. Transitions between clips are somewhat professional and somewhat supplement the video.	Highly Proficient Student has the required titles in the proper place and format. The titles provide great value added to the quality of the video, providing the viewer a better experience. Transitions between clips provide supplemental quality to the video, resulting in a professional level production.
Footage/Duration	Not Proficient Quality of footage is poor or not original. Student did not have a focused plan and theme regarding the type of footage.	Fairly Proficient Quality of footage is satisfactory. A theme is followed adequately.	Highly Proficient The quality of the footage is exemplary. It is very obvious that the student had a plan and made a concerted effort to get relevant footage. Video is 10+ Minutes Long
Audio	Not Proficient Audio is not clear, and detracts from the video. Student did not hardly edit the video at all.	Fairly Proficient Audio is edited to fit the video and theme properly. Keyframes are used in moderation.	Highly Proficient Audio adds great value to the quality of the video. Keyframes are used to increase said value. Use of audio emphasizes the theme of the video.
Topic/Theme	Not Proficient Topic falls into approved category. Video often ventured off topic and did not make the theme of the video apparent.	Fairly Proficient Topic was approved. The video stayed on theme for the most part, but there were moments of disruption that distracted from the topic.	Highly Proficient Topic was approved. The video stayed on theme throughout its entirety. The viewer would have no issue explaining what the theme of the video was. The video was very focused.
