Volume	Excellent Entire presentation is loud enough to be heard across the room. Presenters are facing the audience.	Good Most of the presenting is loud enough to be heard across the room.	Fair It is difficult to hear parts of the presentation.	Weak Audience strains to hear.
Clarity	Excellent Presenters are clear and concise. All words are pronounced correctly.	Good Presenters are mostly clear and concise. At times sentences are rushed or read. No major pronunciation errors.	Fair Presenters are understandable. Presentation is either rushed or slow. Pronunciation problems are evident.	Weak The presentation is hard to understand. All slides are being read and read poorly.
Dynamic and Engaging	Excellent Audience is engaged and possibly entertained. Presentation is interactive. Screen is not being read.	Good Audience attention is maintained, but no interactive opportunities.	Fair Audience attention is not maintained due to disorganization or other problems.
