Good sense of steady pulse. Most rhythms are performed correctly.

Excellent sense of steady pulse. Obvious subdividing happening. All rhythms performed as intended as they were written.
Dynamics

There is no obvious difference between dynamic markings.

Many of the dynamic markings are neither observed nor obvious to the listener.
Good

Most of the dynamic markings are observed and obvious to the listener, including crescendos and decrescendos.
Excellent

All of the dynamic markings are obvious to the listener. The performance is expressive and shows musical sensitivity.
