Presentation	Excellent Makes eye contact, uses a clear voice, shows enthusiasm about the topic, can hear presenter's voice, looks relaxed and confident.	Good Makes some eye contact, voice is audible, shows interest in the topic.	Fair Occasional eye contact, some mumbling, somewhat faked enthusiasm - or - little or no expression.	Needs Improvement No eye contact. Reads notes the entire time. Seems uninterested.
Visual Aid/Interactive	Excellent Visual aid or interactivity enhances presentation. All thoughts are clearly articulated.	Good Visual aid/interactivity is present, but not engaging.	Fair Visual aid adds nothing to the presentation.	Needs Improvement Visual aid/interactivity is either not present, hard to read, or distracting to audience.
