Creativity/planning	Distinguished Project has gone above and beyond. Story has a beginning, middle, and an end. Animation is creative and entertaining.	Proficient Animation is entertaining and has the ability to engage and inform the viewer. Final Animation could have been slightly better if more detailed planning was done.	Apprentice Animation has some good ideas but could have been better if more detailed planning was done.	Novice I enjoyed the the animation but it was too short/confusing. Content	Distinguished Animation was an informative and thought-provoking animation about an endangered animal. It demonstrates a clear understanding of the issues facing the animal.	Proficient Animation demonstrates a basic understanding of the topic of endangered animals and some understanding of the issues facing the animal.	Apprentice Animation does not clearly demonstrate an understanding of the topic of endangered animals or the issues facing them.	Novice Content of the animation is unclear. Sets/Props	Distinguished Sets/characters/props are very well crafted and visually interesting. A lot of time was put into their construction. Animation/technical	Distinguished Animation is very smooth and the characters/objects have fairly natural movements. All frames are in focus.
